Summer 2019 is just around the corner, and the College Consortium is pleased to present strategies for improving Summer enrollment, Fall retention, and revenue at your institution. The webinar features how Eureka College used online courses to generate a 3% retention bump in just 3 months, and how the University of Incarnate Word (over 1,000 miles away) helped. Learn how you can bring the Eureka strategy to your institution this Summer through sharing.

Dr. Ann Fulop serves as Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Eureka College. In the Fall of 2017, Ann worked with her faculty to develop a Summer 2018 strategy for improving retention that keyed off of using courses from aligned institutions to help students get ahead, improve their GPAs, and in some cases regain good academic standing. Among its positive results, this strategy succeeded in bringing back 17 of 18 of Eureka’s most at-risk students for the Fall semester.

Dr. Cyndi Porter serves as Vice President, Division of Enrollment Services at the University of Incarnate Word (UIW). In her nearly 19 years at UIW, Cyndi was the founding dean of the online program followed by 10 years as the Vice President for Extended Academic Programs.
